Protecția datelor angajaților devine din ce în ce mai importantă pentru organizațiile care urmăresc să respecte legile globale de confidențialitate. Acest lucru pune presiune asupra departamentului de resurse umane al tuturor organizațiilor pentru a fi responsabili ai datelor angajaților lor.
