The 3. Budapest LNG Summit goes LIVE this year again between 6-7 December in Budapest, Hungary. The Summit will cover all the hot topics dominating the LNG and gas sector, bringing together stakeholders from the entire value chain. The goal of the Summit is to create an exclusive, high-level forum for the top industry leaders from the region and beyond, enabling them to network, explore and consider the medium and long-term prospects for the LNG and gas business in CEE. Don’t miss the Budapest Climate Summit, taking place from 7-8 October 2021 in Budapest, Hungary. The Summit will bring together climate and sustainability stakeholders from and beyond Central and Eastern Europe to network in person. As an unparalleled regional forum, Budapest Climate Summit will provide a comprehensive overview of the complex issue of green transition demonstrating the sustainability efforts and ambitions of major corporate actors, policymakers, think tanks and civil society. The hybrid event brings together authorities and energy companies from Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia and Turkey as well as international financial institutions and major multinational investors, EPC and consultancy firms for a dialogue aimed at fostering the deployment of renewable energy in the region and attracting foreign direct investment.
Representatives of the Romanian Energy Center Association (CRE) are involved in the organization of the online event promoted by IEEE Smart Grid in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University. CRE will coordinate Technical Session 2 under the title “Modeling the Future”.

Romanian Energy Centre as the free of the dissemination package within the EDDIE project funded by the EC through the Erasmus+ program organized on 17 November 2020 The International Event under the aegis of “European Vocational Sustainable Week” dedicated to consultations with Partners regarding The Role of Education in the development of the energy field in terms of digitalization. Synergies with other projects were also analyzed, this event was realized in partnership with edgeFLEX and PHOENIX funded by the European Horizon 2020 Innovation Program.
